Please contact the school if you have any queries.

Open Morning Safety Guidance

We are looking forward to seeing you at our open mornings. We want to make sure that you have the opportunity to see the school but also that your visit is as safe as it can be and that we minimise the risk of any transmission of Covid 19.

To do this, we are having two open mornings this year instead of our normal one. We hope this will mean that we have fewer people in the school and that we are more able to maintain social distancing.

Please do not attend if you have any of the three following symptoms: a high temperature; a new and persistent cough or loss of taste or smell, or if you have had a positive test or have been asked to self-isolate by track and trace.

We would ask you to undertake an LFT test 72 hours before you visit and if this is positive, to seek a PCR test in the normal way.

Please minimise the number of people who come to visit, a maximum of two adults from each household should attend. Children will get the opportunity to attend ‘play dates’ nearer during the summer term (?) so that they can become familiar with our setting and settle in. The purpose of our open morning, therefore, is to enable you to make an informed decision.

We need to minimise the number of buggies and prams, so if you can avoid bringing one, it would be most helpful.

Make sure that you maintain social distancing during your visit, ensure that there is a 1m distance between you and anyone else not in your household.

We will try to make sure that you see the school and get a flavour of what we do but you will not be able to go into classrooms, as we would normally allow you to do. You will be able to see what is happening form the door; we apologise about this but safety must come first.

Please wear a mask while you are on the school site, unless you are exempt and observe good hand hygiene, wash or sanitise your hands before entering the building.

If you follow these safety protocols, you will be able to see our brilliant school and prevent transmission of Covid 19.
