Today our Year 6 girls represented Crystal Palace at the Premier League Stars national final! #plprimarystars Although today wasn't quite our day, the girls played some fantastic football, narrowly missing out on a semi final place by 1 point. They showed determination, teamwork, resilience and represented the school brilliantly. So proud of every single player for their hard work and commitment, a day to remember! Congratulations to Poppy who won top goalscorer, scoring an impressive 8 goals! Children in Reception and Nurture visited @bockettsfarm for an amazing day of learning about different animals. They went on a tractor ride and saw piglets racing for the first time in a new track.

Our Year 6 children enjoyed attending the Junior Citizenship Event at Orpington Fire Station today Through workshops and talks from the Met Police, TfL, Hope UK, Bromley Healthcare and the London Fire Brigade, pupils learned valuable lessons about personal safety, decision making and community responsibility. A fantastic opportunity for our children as they prepare for secondary school!

The #nextgeneration of girls football champions demonstrated their skills today and won the @thepioneeracademy2011 KS1 tournament. Well done to the boys who also played brilliantly in the tournament too. Huge thanks to the coaching dads for coming and supporting... literally couldn't have done it without you!

Year 5 had an amazing day ticking off another @thepioneeracademy2011 #pioneerpassport activity with a visit to Herne Bay. Typical English weather didn't stop the fun. A huge thanks to @transportforlondon staff at Petts Wood and Bromley South for enabling the children to make a smooth transition between trains too!
