Payments Accepted at Galaxy

Galaxy runs as a cashless setting and as of March 2022 we are no longer accepting cheques.

We accept payment forms that consist of:

Parent pay- schools main payment system

Child care vouchers (CCV’S)

Childcare grant payments schemes

Tax free childcare credit payments

Parent pay

Every child who becomes a student at Southborough is assigned a Parent pay account that is linked to paying for school trips and funds, dinner monies and Galaxy. The account shows charges and is used by crediting account ahead of sessions ready to be charged daily for sessions attended.

Childcare vouchers

Upon setting up Childcare voucher account you will be asked to provide the setting name or school.

Galaxy will come under as Southborough primary school or The Galaxy before and after school club with the Ofsted number EY101601.

Payments will be sent to the club manager listed via email and club manager will add money to child’s assigned Parent pay account.

Childcare grant payment scheme

This payment scheme is primarily set up by the Parents and the club manager once child is registered with scheme will claim and charge for days attended. This then will need to be confirmed with parents’ consent and then up to 80% of the fee will be paid into school account and again added to parent pay via the club manager and parent to cover remaining 20% of costs.

Tax free childcare credit payments

Again this payment scheme is set up via parent and work setting.

Payments from this scheme are paid directly into the schools bank account and because of this Parents are asked to screenshot payments when made and to be emailed to club manager so they can be then added to Parent pay account as unable to check schools account daily
