Opening times

Morning sessions begin from 7:45am -9am where children will then be escorted to their class rooms for start of school day. (Sessions can not be started earlier in mornings than stated above.)

Afternoon sessions begin from 3:10pm - 6pm. (For lateness or emergencies always contact club at earliest time possible) 

Key stage 1 children are escorted to Galaxy by school staff from class at the end of the day and key stage 2 will independently make their way to Galaxy upon release from class teachers.

Once you have a space at Galaxy it will roll over each year unless we are informed space is no longer needed and 2 weeks notice is required.

Galaxy also remains open on the last days of term in which school closes early. The children on these days will be with Galaxy an extra hour fee as charged below.

Prices (Subject to change) As of September 2023/24

Registration fees £20 per child will be added to Parent pay account upon starting club. (Cash or Cheques not accepted at Galaxy)

Morning session including breakfast is £6 a session.

Evening session including snack is £13.50 a session.

Late fees £25 (Per child)

Extra hour early close fee added is £4.55 (End of term early closures fee)

Accounts must be kept in credit at all times ready for sessions ahead.

Payments

We are a cashless club and use Parent pay which is also the schools main payment system. 

We also accept Childcare vouchers , Tax free childcare and Childcare grant payment scheme.

As of 2022 we no longer accept cheques.

Waiting list/Places

Galaxy currently has a large waiting due to current high demand, because of this and protocol we are not able to hold spaces for long periods of time or further future dates.

If you are offered a space and do not accept, then you will have to re apply and re join waiting our list. 

If your child is unable to attend Galaxy for any reason it is required that parents make sure you contact the club to avoid any confusion of child's whereabouts on numbers below or leave a message with school office. Thank you.
