Year 5 - Ivy and Mistletoe

Welcome to Year 5- Ivy and Mistletoe!

Please take a look at the photos of our learning! So far we have learnt about the Normans and the castles and the Bayeux Tapestry. We also had a chance to make our own Apple Crumble and a Sweetcorn and Peas Salad using the products we grew ourselves in the Edible Playground. We have been learning many new skills in our Forrest school and in drumming.

More photos to come soon to share our fun lessons with all of you visiting our website!

Egg art. Decorating eggs in time for Easter

Forest School. Building a living tepee with runner beans planted at the bottom and making wild flower bombs.

Bayeux Tapestry - researching, sketching, learning the stitches and sewing

Motte and Bailey Castles

Our Crumble making photos are not in order. Can you figure out the order of the activities to make the crumble? What would the recipe say if you were to write one?
